AL-BAQARA CERTIFICATION (ABC) is an independent third-party Halal certification body established in June 2022 and based in Xiamen, Fujian Province, China.
ABC provides professional Halal certification and conformity assessment services to manufacturers and businesses, particularly those serving international Halal markets. Our certification activities are supported by qualified personnel and conducted in accordance with applicable Halal standards, certification procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
We are committed to maintaining impartiality, competence, integrity, confidentiality, and consistency throughout the certification process. Through continuous professional development and international cooperation, ABC continues to strengthen its certification capabilities and support businesses in meeting the Halal requirements of their target markets.

International Accreditation & Recognition
AL-BAQARA CERTIFICATION (ABC) has established international recognition and accreditation relationships with relevant Halal authorities and organizations, supporting its certification activities for international Halal markets.
ABC currently holds applicable accreditation and/or recognition from:
- BPJPH – Indonesia
- MUIS – Singapore
- CICOT – Thailand
- HAK – Türkiye
ABC is also an Observer Member of the World Halal Food Council (WHFC).
All accreditation and recognition statuses are subject to their respective approved scopes, validity periods, and applicable regulatory requirements.

OUR ROOTS IN FUJIAN
ABC is based in Xiamen, Fujian Province, a coastal region with a long history of international maritime trade and cultural exchange.
Fujian's maritime heritage is closely associated with Quanzhou, which flourished as an important international maritime trading centre during the Song and Yuan periods. The historic Qingjing Mosque in Quanzhou, founded in 1009, also reflects the region's longstanding interaction with Muslim merchants and communities through maritime trade.
From Fujian today, ABC seeks to contribute to a new generation of international connections by supporting businesses through professional Halal certification services.
